Ilsa has been a qualified educator holding postgraduate qualifications and full teacher status. Ilsa can offer workshops along a specific skillset or themes of idea generation for small groups of up to eight students from her product design studio. REthinkthings are always interested to meet with manufacturers to explore production possibilities for the wide variety of concepts that have been generated by Ilsa over the past five years. Some are production ready, others at prototype stage and some still on the drawing board. However an Idea remains an idea unless we can collaborate with high quality producers who have vision and who believe in the value of good product design to assist us to see it through to the mass market through a licensing agreement or a shared revenue arrangement. Certain products under the REthinkthings brand are currently produced in limited edition quantities as early versions of what will eventually become accessible products. Such is the way of the industry this will mean that the high concept ideas will have to be watered down to some extent when they reach this stage. REthinkthings therefore offer the first versions as they stand for retail sale on an outright purchase arrangement with no minimum order quantity in some cases. All REthinkthings products are intended for the mass market as the end goal. Therefore we are interested in hearing from investors and business angels with the possibility of producing a business plan which will outline how our concept lead products can potentially offer a high return to individual investors through outsourcing production rather than arranging a licensing agreement this can be offered as a royalty return on sales of an individual product or can be negotiable in terms of a share arrangement.

REthinkthings believe in the value of creativity and innovation in design and recognise the difficulties that young designers and creatives face in trying to bring their ideas to market. Therefore we are interested in working with other ambitious designers to lighted the financial burden by proposing shared stands under the REthinkthigns brand at trade shows and by offering them access to business opportunities and design tools for a low cost to assist them in accessing the tools and contacts they need to turn their dreams into a reality.
